DVT / HTE on-line conferencing allows people from different locations to meet in a virtual meeting room to give presentations and demonstrate software. HTE uses this tool to provide on-line support to those who need it.

To use this tool, please review the following instructions:

At the agreed-upon time, click the above hotlink. When the window appears, a user name and meeting key (giving by an HTE representative) is required, then click the enter button. Next, enter an email address, company name and click the submit button which will bring up the meeting room.

If asked to be a presenter, Snapshot / Application Share Plug In will need to be downloaded. This allows a user to show their desktop. The software is about 1 Mb and may require you to restart your computer.
